Global marketing agency TRO works with world-renowned brands to deliver standout, events with impact.

We’ve been working with the TRO team since 2023, acting as a trusted health and safety provider across their experiential and large-scale event portfolio.

As an agency known for delivering complex, high-profile brand experiences, TRO requires support that integrates seamlessly from concept through to live delivery.

In 2025, this partnership expanded across multiple major projects, with We Are OPS retained as TRO’s dedicated event health and safety partner. Our role spans full lifecycle support, embedding safety, compliance, and operational planning across all phases of delivery.

A standout part of this year’s programme included two globally recognised motorsport events at the Goodwood Estate:

Both events are internationally renowned, large-scale experiences attracting significant public audiences, global media attention, and complex stakeholder environments. With attendances exceeding 200,000 visitors at Festival of Speed and 150,000+ at Revival, these events require meticulous planning, robust safety systems, and close coordination with venue stakeholders.

Across both projects, We Are OPS worked as an embedded partner within TRO’s production team, delivering end-to-end event operations support across planning, build, live, and break phases.
