Our team has been delivering Operations, People Management and Safety since We Group started over 20 years ago, working alongside our Event Production colleagues at sister agencies The Fair & We Are Placemaking

We soon realised it was time to offer our services standalone, and we now offer event operations, planning, health & safety and licensing services to clients spanning across the UK, US and beyond.

Jan Rankou
OPS Account Director

Jan is We Are OPS Account Director, managing the We Are OPS team and all operations across We Group.

This involves supporting our production teams with all operational needs, including everything from Security, Traffic & Egress planning, to Stakeholder and Community Engagement Strategy, Licensing and Local Authority liaison. Jan is also NEBOSH qualified and is responsible for managing the H&S team & projects.

Jan is passionate about supporting the industry, and organises partnerships to help young people starting out in events. Last but not least, Jan is our chief snack supplier – keeping the team fuelled with the best snacks in the office and on-site!

Kat Lattimore
Operations Manager

Kat is our OPS Manager – responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the operational aspects of our productions. This includes identifying potential risks and managing festival logistics, such as overseeing the operational documentation, handling license applications, and ensuring health and safety compliance.

Kat also manages security, ingress, and egress to ensure a seamless experience for both staff and attendees.

With a passion for live music events, and significant experience managing OPS at venues across London and beyond, Kat thrives on creating an energetic and enjoyable atmosphere that enhances the festival experience for everyone involved.

Nick Morgan
CEO

Nick Morgan is CEO of We Group which is made up of three agencies: The FairWe Are Placemaking and We Are OPS. Nick has over 25 years of experience working across event production, licensing and health & safety for large-scale events and festivals and within the public realm.

Nick is Vice-Chair of AIF (Association of Independent Festivals), and sits on the Advisory Board of NTIA (Night Time Industries Association) NOWIE (Network Of Women In Events). He is also a member of the SAGE (Safety Advisors Group for Events) committee and the ESA (Event Safety Alliance) – working with organisations to continuously lobby government and encourage more support across the sector.

Nick often speaks on topics that include managing growth, independent festivals, the experience economy, government advocacy, licensing and health & safety, at industry events including the Event Production ShowLAEOG, The All Parliamentary Group for Events, the Institute of Licensing, the Night Time Economy Summit and FestForums in the US. The independent festival sector is close to Nick’s heart, and The Fair – as one of the largest independent festival production houses in the UK – works across 128 shows, from Boiler Room to Eastern Electrics.

Rob Dudley
Chief Operating Officer

Rob Dudley is Chief Operating Officer at We Group, the umbrella company providing festival and event production services via The Fair; creative production in the public-realm through We Are Placemaking; and operations, health & safety and licensing services via We Are OPS. The teams deliver events across the UK, Europe, US and beyond.

Rob’s experience in managing and producing both large scale live events, festivals and exhibitions spans across the UK, Europe and US. Rob specialises in festival and event health and safety, helping a wide range of clients deliver challenging events, in venues ranging from civic squares and private estates to green fields and London parks.

NEBOSH qualified, a Technical Member of IOSH and Personal Licence Holder, Rob is responsible for licensing applications (including sub-committee attendance), Safety Documentation authoring, Third-party H&S auditing and acting as an on-site Safety Officer.

He has also delivered health & safety training and table-top sessions for large-scale companies – empowering their teams to prioritise and embed health & safety planning.

Rami Ali
Event Health and Safety Advisor

Rami has been working with We Are OPS, The Fair and We Are Placemaking team for many years now, with over 12 years of experience in event, club and festival production, operations & Health & Safety spanning London, the UK, Europe and the Middle East.

NEBOSH and IOSH qualified, Rami has a strong attention to detail and care when it comes to taking care of event attendees and ensuring a high level of safety is adhered to across our projects. Throughout his career, he has implemented comprehensive safety protocols, conducted risk assessments, audited supplier paperwork, and provided vital training to promote a culture of health consciousness. From bustling nightlife to large-scale gatherings, Rami is committed to upholding the highest standards of safety, ensuring everyone enjoys themselves responsibly.

Sarah Meredith
Event Health and Safety Advisor

NEBOSH qualified with a degree in Environmental Science and Masters in Risk and Safety Leadership, Sarah supports safety operations at a variety of events and festivals. Having worked previously in Rail and Oil & Gas, Sarah brings skills in Risk Management and Mitigation.

Sarah is passionate about music having supported various backstage roles and is able to apply her safety qualifications and experience from heavy engineering to the dynamic, fast moving industry of live events.

Sarah is also an advocate for women in STEM, having written her thesis on the importance of Gender Diversity within male-dominated work environments.

She enjoys building relationships and problem solving, and encourages a positive safety culture in events.

Christian Rose
Health & Safety Advisor

Christian has over a decade of experience in the UK Major Events industry. He has held Strategic, Tactical and Operational Management/Planning roles with experience in Event Safety, Security, Operations, Production and Counter Terrorism.

As a technical member of IOSH, Christian has significant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation/guidance. He holds a University Diploma in Event Safety Management and an NCRQ Level 6 in applied Health and Safety. In addition to this, Christian is certified as an occupationally competent Event Counter Terrorism Risk Manager (EvCTRM) and is clinically trained in First Response Emergency Care. His experience covers both indoor and outdoor events such as Music Festivals, Venues, Sporting Events, Exhibitions and County Shows. Christian is an SIA and Personal License holder.

Patrick Plummer
Health & Safety Advisor

Pat Plummer joined the team in 2017 and has brought with him a wealth of experience, not in just Health and Safety, but event security & risk management. Applying extensive experience gained in both Security and H&S operational planning and delivery in a myriad of environments since 1989. Having toured Europe, USA, Australia, Japan & NZ, with live shows & DJ’s, the music industry was the perfect environment for honing skills, in a variety of venues and on well-established events.

NEBOSH qualified, Pat acts as one of our onsite H&S Safety Officers at OPS. He also works on security compliance, procurement & deployment, risk assessments and third party H&S auditing. With the skills and experience gained Pat has become a valued asset to our expanding team who brings a solution-based style to an ever changing work setting.

April Curtin
Marketing Manager

Meet April. She takes care of marketing across We Group – making sure our content reflects the hard work, passion and care that goes into everything we do.

While April lives predominantly in our Head Office, you’ll find her documenting our moves at festivals and placemaking events this summer.

Venice Sagyaman
Office Coordinator

Meet Venice, We Group’s Office Coordinator. She keeps things running smoothly across the business, supporting Operations and HR, while providing essential support to all departments to ensure everything behind the scenes reflects the passion, precision, and care that goes into our work.

Based in our Head Office, Venice is the go-to person for keeping our workspace organised, our team supported, and our operations seamless. You’ll also find her coordinating team events, onboarding new colleagues, and optimising processes to keep us working smarter and happier.

Outside of the office, you’ll find Venice attending a vast range of festivals and events herself. Catch her at Ministry of Sound on a Saturday night!

Yasmin Galletti
Non Exec Board Director

Yas is a board member and strategic advisor to We Group (The Fair, We Are Placemaking and We Are OPS). She has over 14 years of experience operating festivals and large-scale events.

Previously, Yas has offered her expertise at a vast range of large-scale festivals and events – working across the production, licensing, health and safety, and operational planning of shows, additionally specialising in local authority liaison and stakeholder engagement.

Yas is extremely passionate about the events industry and has worked tirelessly to make it a more inclusive, accessible space. She is NEBOSH qualified and is a Personal Licence holder.
