Notting Hill Carnival stands as Europe’s largest street festival and one of the world’s most vibrant celebrations of Caribbean culture, heritage, and community spirit. This year, We Are OPS were brought in to support the Notting Hill Carnival team during the iconic parade, working in a strategic and advisory capacity to strengthen the parade’s on-the-ground operations.

We collaborated closely with route marshals and event management teams, providing on-site guidance to help float operators and organisers navigate the festival’s complex, dynamic environment. Through proactive, hands-on support, OPS helped ensure seamless coordination throughout the parade route.
