We Are OPS were proud to continue our partnership with Maiden Voyage Festival in 2025, delivering key services across health & safety, SAG representation, operations, and production support. Our team played an integral role throughout all phases of the event – from early planning through to build, live, and break – ensuring the safe and smooth execution of one of London’s most forward-thinking music festivals.
Held in the vibrant setting of Burgess Park, this year’s edition pushed the creative and operational boundaries once again, with a diverse multi-genre lineup and immersive production design that drew thousands of music lovers to South London. This year’s line-up included a wealth of talent such as, JT, Shanti Celeste, Manuka Honey, and Amaarae.
Managing Increased Attendance and Site Activity:
With growing demand year-on-year, the 2025 event welcomed a larger audience and required more infrastructure across the site. Our team scaled operational plans accordingly, optimising site design, security deployment, and H&S documentation to match the increased scope.
Coordinating Complex Production Builds:
Maiden Voyage is known for its creative staging and diverse performance spaces. Working alongside The Fair on production, we ensured all stages and structures were delivered safely, efficiently, and in line with tight build timelines and licensing conditions.
Striving for Better:
Each year, we look for new ways to improve our delivery and in 2025, we took a meaningful step forward by introducing two additional accessible viewing platforms to our site layout. This enhancement was designed to increase inclusivity and ensure a more enjoyable experience for all attendees.
