RecFest UK 2025 at Knebworth Park

Background

RecFest returned to Knebworth Park in July 2025 for the world’s largest talent acquisition and HR event.

With a unique and immersive programme covering all areas of talent acquisition and resourcing, up to 5,000 attendees were also able to enjoy live music, chill out areas, entertainment, street food, multiple bars and an afterparty featuring headliners Noasis, as well as DJ Luck and MC Neat.

Supporting our production team at The Fair, we created pre-event documentation including the ESMP and risk assessments, audited all the suppliers, contractors and sponsors, and provided a Safety Officer throughout the build, live event and break of the event.

  • Additional speakers and acts: Rory Sutherland and Katie Piper both packed out the Inspire Stage during the day. Marvin Humes played a surprise DJ set in the VIP tent, while Noasis and DJ Luck & MC Neat took over the Inspire Stage for an epic night-time finish. We deployed extra security to manage capacity and control access. 
  • Weather: Temperatures soared to 30C+ while we were on site. To adapt, we opened up wall panels on all stages for better airflow, adding extra fans to the larger structures to keep air circulating, and doubling down on welfare reminders to staff and guests alike.
