The coverage highlighted the event’s strong debut and positive reception, with Scouting for Girls praising the festival after performing on the main stage, saying: “We got there and it was absolutely rammed, and incredible. It is so amazing to have a brand new festival doing so well.” Bassist Ruff also spoke positively about the festival’s impact on the local music scene, commenting: “There is loads of music coming to light in Ipswich and the scene is getting stronger and stronger but we have never seen anything like this before.” Together, their comments reflected the festival’s significance for both audiences and the wider Ipswich and Suffolk community.
