We Group was born from a shared vision of redefining the live events landscape. In 2014, Nick Morgan and Rob Dudley co-founded The Fair, a festival production agency dedicated to delivering high-quality, large-scale events. Over time, our expertise expanded, and we evolved into We Group, bringing together three divisions: We Are The Fair, We Are Placemaking, and We Are Ops. We are a team of dedicated professionals, delivering extraordinary events across the UK and internationally.
