Background
ARGY B2B ARTBAT brought together two of the biggest names in melodic techno for an exclusive outdoor headline performance at Leyton Jubilee Park on Sunday 24 May. Produced by Elixar Events in association with Eastern Electrics, the event showcased a world-class electronic music experience, attracting thousands of fans for a carefully curated day of music in East London.
Having developed a trusted working relationship with Elixar Events across multiple projects, We Are OPS was appointed to oversee the operational delivery of the event from concept through to completion. Working in partnership with The Fair, our team provided comprehensive operational support throughout the planning, build, live event and break phases, ensuring every aspect of the festival environment was delivered safely, efficiently and in full compliance with licensing requirements.
Hosting internationally recognised artists such as ARGY and ARTBAT demanded a high level of operational coordination. From stakeholder engagement and regulatory compliance through to live event management, We Are OPS worked closely with the promoter and delivery partners to provide a seamless framework that enabled the creative vision to be realised while maintaining the highest standards of event operations and audience safety.
